Back of the House Manager
Please welcome our Back of the House Manager, Derek Stibb. Derek comes with 10 years of restaurant industry experience. Derek graduated from Saint Paul College and has been a cook and a manager at various fine dining and casual dining restaurants including the White Bear Yacht Club, Cheeky Monkey Gastropub, Norton’s and the Goose Blind. Derek will be responsible for recruitment and management of all cooks, dishwashers and back of the house staff. He will also be responsible for our food menu and specials, kitchen staff scheduling, inventory and vendor management and overall kitchen productivity and food quality.
